   Once we receive your request, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or Instagram for design details, measurements, and references (if any).

3. Quotation & Timeline:
   After the consultation, you’ll receive a final price and estimated delivery time (usually 10–14 days for embroidery).

4. Crafting Begins:
   Your piece is hand-stitched by our artisan team and goes through quality control before dispatch.

5. Shipping & Confirmation:
   Your final piece will be sent securely with tracking — and you’ll receive confirmation before dispatch.
